Exchanges are excepted if the size is incorrect. We have a 14 day return policy, provided the item is returned with original packaging and retail tags still attached. Postal costs are not refundable and items must be returned with a written request and a pre-paid postal bag for return mail.

If an item is out of stock the customer will be given a full refund.

Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery

Except where required by law, you must return damaged goods within 14 days of receipt. Need 4 Speed will not refund the cost of delivery to return damaged or faulty goods.

Upon receipt of the returned defective or damaged product, we will dispatch your replacement items via standard delivery, at our expense. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of goods.
